Who: ALL registered Cub Scouts!

So that each Cub Scout can have the opportunity to do sling-shots and participate in other activities, upon arrival Cub Scouts will be divided into groups of a maximum of 14 youth. Individual Scouts will be placed into an existing group, so if you want your pack to stay together, please coordinate to arrive at the same time to the event.

*** Units should register Scouts and are expected to provide their own two-deep leadership

Cost:

  • $7.50 per Scout if received by January 12, 2018.
    NOTE: Registrations received after January 12, 2018 will not be guaranteed a patch or mug     
  • SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE AS OF 1/16/18

Also note: We will have event photographers. If being photographed is an issue for anyone please contact us in advance.
 

Event Reminders:

  • The location of this event is Community United Methodist Church at 3301 W Broadway in Columbia
  • This event will be held outdoors in rain, snow or cold weather! Proper cold weather clothing is REQUIRED! Each Scout and adult must have on warm clothes and winter boots (weather permitting).
  • ANY Scout OR adult who arrives without proper clothing for the weather will be asked to leave the event in the interest of safety.
  • Once divided into groups, each member of the group is expected to remain with that group throughout the duration of the event. Two-deep leadership is REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES for each group of Scouts. Adult leaders are responsible for their Scouts’ safety throughout the event.
  • Hot Chocolate and a souvenir mug will be provided during the event as a part of the registration fee.
